I’m a spiritual and self-healing coach. I help people reconnect with their deeper self or ‘spirit’ — the part of us that holds peace, vitality, love, and wisdom — through a process I call Breaking Character.
What Is Breaking Character?
I call my approach Breaking Character because the ‘spirit’ reveals itself only when we begin to step outside the roles and identities we’ve learned to live inside.
Just as there are countless ways to paint a painting or write a song, there are countless ways to break character. The way we approach this process — our chosen tools, practices, and creative expressions — becomes an art form in itself, hence why I call this The Art of Breaking Character: a creative and deeply personal path toward wholeness.
My Approach
My own path has woven together a variety of healing and creative methods — songwriting, dancing, written reflection, psychotherapy, and at times, the use of visionary substances — alongside traditional spiritual practices like meditation.
I continue to explore new ways of awakening and healing to understand how they work, how they work for me, and how they might best serve those I support.
As a coach, my aim is not to “fix” you, but to guide you in creating the conditions for your own healing. All true healing — mental, emotional, or physical — is self-healing. I offer insights, tools, and companionship on that journey, but it is your own inner intelligence that ultimately restores balance.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
I am a Trauma-Informed Coach, qualified to recognize and respect the sensitivity required when working with past trauma. This training helps me hold a safe and supportive space for exploring emotional wounds while honouring your pace and boundaries.
If you have a diagnosis such as PTSD, C-PTSD, or schizophrenia, I may be able to offer additional insight and support. However, I am not a medical professional and should not be your primary source of treatment. In such cases, I ask that you work alongside qualified healthcare providers to ensure your well-being is fully supported.

I am most excited to work with people who feel ready to face emotions they’ve long repressed — those who wish to look inward, uncover old conditioning, and awaken to the freedom and vitality that has always been within them.

About Me
Like anyone, I am a human being with the same longings for love, connection, peace, freedom, and understanding. If there’s anything unusual about me, it’s my lifelong fascination with the ways human consciousness can awaken from confusion and conditioning.
I’ve spent over a decade walking this path myself, learning through direct experience and gradually discovering how to help others do the same. For years, I thought writing would be my way of sharing this — but I’ve found that working one-to-one allows for deeper connection, intimacy, and real-time transformation.
I make no claims of enlightenment or perfection. What I offer is my commitment to ongoing self-inquiry, emotional honesty, and compassion — the same qualities I invite you to cultivate in yourself.
Sessions & Practicalities
- Location: Bristol, United Kingdom (in-person or online via video/audio)
- Session length: 1 hour or 1.5 hours. Some flexibility here.
- Payment: Donation-based. Pay what you want after each session. No strings attached. Feels better that way. Love is unconditional, after all.
- First session: Free introductory session (1 hour)
I’m also happy to offer brief guidance over email or a short call — free of charge — for anyone seeking direction but unsure about beginning formal sessions. I know how confusing and heavy it can feel not knowing where to start. If you’re struggling, please reach out. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
What We Can Work On
- Understanding and healing shame, and releasing shame-based narratives: “I’m not enough”, “I don’t deserve love”, “There’s something wrong with me”, “I’m broken”.
- Understanding repression and making first contact with repressed emotions: grief, anger, shame, fear, hatred
- Developing a sense of safety in the body for processing emotions
- Understanding the purpose of negative emotions so as to release fear about them
- Understanding and releasing judgements of ourselves and others
- Healing social anxiety by processing unconscious shame
- Understanding and releasing shame around sex, selfishness, femininity (in men)
- Understanding core wounds around mother or father – not being seen enough, not being fully accepted, conditional love etc.
- Understanding the ego – the “character” – why it forms, and how it causes us to suffer, how we allow it resolve itself
- Challenging and undermining limiting and distorted beliefs
- Understanding and dealing with intrusive thoughts by connecting to the emotions that they arise from
- Understanding important broader philosophical, psychological and spiritual concepts like paradox, polarity, God, consciousness, the totality of the self, love, the shadow
- Investigating and understanding attractions, fantasies, and confusing sexual urges or longings
- Understanding and Reconnecting to Love
- Helping you envision the ideal conditions (music, space, company, etc.) in which to begin releasing the unresolved past
